The prices include

• Use of the holiday flat including electricity, gas, heating, towels, bed linen, crockery, tea towels, cooking utensils, Wi-Fi, garage (on request), etc.
• In winter: Holiday pass for free use of public transport

Pets

A maximum of 2 well-behaved pets are allowed per holiday flat, only on request with extra charge.

Information for reservation and cancellation

A deposit is due at the time of reservation, payable by bank transfer. The reservation is binding upon receipt of the deposit and by doing so you also agree to pay the cancellation costs in case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure.

In any case, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance: Assimeran or European Travel Insurance

Cancellation

• Up to 30 days before arrival we use the deposit as a voucher for a next stay
• Between the 30th and 14th day before arrival, we charge 30% of the stay
• Between the 13th and 8th day before arrival we charge 80% of the total amount
• Less than 7 days we charge 100% of the booked price
